Is Not labeled, it Is brand new but has been opened for pictures so I will list as good but never tested. Beautiful colors that show thru from the duo chrome changing colors in the light and as you move. A must have for glitter lovers! What makes these flakes unique, is that they are made using Pigment & not harsh glitter particles. Making them soft, lightweight & comfortable to wear.
Each of these chameleon flakes have their own special effect, changing different colors as you move into different angles of light.
